What file format do I need to provide for printing?
We recommend vector files in AI, PDF or EPS format with 300DPI resolution and all text outlined. We also accept high-resolution PSD, PNG and JPG files. Our design team will check your artwork for free and give professional suggestions.
Is your printing ink safe for food packaging?
Absolutely. All printing inks we use are food-grade eco-friendly inks that comply with FDA and EU food contact material safety standards. The printing is done on the outer layer or inner lamination layer to ensure no direct contact with food contents.
Can I get printed samples before mass production?
Yes, we provide pre-production samples for both printing technologies. Digital samples take 3-5 working days and gravure printing samples take 7-10 working days after plate making. Sample fee can be refunded for formal bulk orders.
