Foshan Ruihong Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. is a custom flexible packaging factory based in Foshan, Guangdong, China, producing printed pouches for brand owners and distributors since 2017. Design support, rotogravure and digital printing, lamination, slitting, bag making and inspection all happen on our own lines — so one team answers for artwork, quality and delivery.
We started in 2017 as a bag-making workshop and grew into a full-service flexible packaging manufacturer. Both printing methods run on the same site, so once a digital trial is approved we can move the same artwork to rotogravure for the volume order without changing supplier or file setup.

A custom pouch order at Ruihong Packaging runs through six steps: brief and artwork, structure confirmation, proofing, printing, lamination and bag making, then inspection and shipping. Gravure orders are typically produced in 12-15 days and digital orders in 7-9 days from artwork approval and order confirmation.

How We Keep Quality Consistent Across a Batch
Every batch passes five documented checkpoints — incoming material, printing, lamination, in-line inspection on 6 machines, and a pre-shipment sample — so the pouches you approve are the pouches you receive, not just the ones in the first sample.

- Print monitoring — colour density and registration checked throughout the run, not only on the first metres.

About Ruihong Packaging: Buyer Questions

Digital printing MOQ is 3,000 pcs per order and several SKUs can be combined to reach it. Gravure printing starts at 10,000 pcs. For the best unit price, order one full roll of film: a roll holds 6,000 m, and 6,000 ÷ bag width in metres gives the quantity — a 160 mm wide pouch works out to 37,500 pcs.
Order quantity dominates, followed by printing method, material structure and thickness, pouch size and finishing. Gravure pricing improves sharply once the order reaches one full roll (6,000 m). Digital orders from 3,000 pcs avoid cylinder cost; a single SKU that is very small inside a combined digital order still carries a higher unit price.
Digital printing takes 7-9 days and rotogravure 12-15 days, counted from artwork approval and order confirmation. Shipping time is additional and depends on the mode and destination. We confirm the production window and the shipping option separately in your quotation, so the two are never mixed in one number.
We laminate printed film with materials such as PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/AL/PE, kraft paper laminates and mono-material structures, typically 90-150 µm total. The right structure depends on your barrier, shelf-life and filling method. Tell us the product, fill weight and storage conditions and we propose the structure with the quotation.
Yes — we ship printed pouches to buyers in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Southeast Asia, normally on EXW, FOB or CIF terms. Small digital runs usually travel by air or express and volume gravure orders by sea. Send your delivery city and quantity and we will quote the option that fits.
Yes. Multiple SKUs can be combined in a digital printing order to reach the 3,000 pcs order floor, which suits brands launching several flavours at once. Unit price rises when any single SKU is very small, so we normally suggest concentrating volumes per SKU or moving the agreed design to gravure from 10,000 pcs.
