Quad seal pouches have four vertical seal lines (two side seals plus two gusset seals) with a flat bottom panel, giving a rectangular look. Box bottom (K-seal) pouches use a reinforced bottom seal that forms a box shape when filled. Both stand unaided; we recommend the better option from your fill weight and shelf display.

Gravure printing starts at 10,000 pcs and digital printing at 3,000 pcs per order. Digital printing itself has no minimum; the 3,000 pcs floor covers international shipping. Several SKUs can be combined to reach it, but unit price rises noticeably when a single SKU is very small.

Yes. We regularly manufacture flat bottom pouches with an integrated one-way degassing valve for coffee brands, usually combined with a resealable zipper. The valve position is confirmed on the die-line before printing so it does not interfere with the artwork or the bottom seal.

Production takes 7-9 days for digital printing and 12-15 days for gravure printing, counted from artwork approval and order confirmation. That is production time only; it does not include sampling or international transit, which are quoted separately.

Yes. For 2-5 kg fills we build heavy-duty flat bottom pouches with a reinforced bottom seal and a heavier structure, commonly 160-180 µm, together with a wider bottom panel. This is the usual specification for dry pet food and bulk coffee.
