Can you provide quality inspection reports for each order?
Yes, we provide factory inspection report (FQC report) for every shipment free of charge. We can also provide third party inspection reports from authoritative institutions according to your requirements.
How do you ensure color consistency between batches?
We keep the same gravure cylinder for repeat orders and use standard color measurement equipment to control color difference within ΔE≤2. We also keep signed sample for each order as reference standard.
What if I receive defective products?
If quality issues are confirmed caused by our production fault, we will take full responsibility including re-production, replacement or corresponding compensation according to the actual situation.
Do you support factory audit or video inspection?
Absolutely. We welcome customers to visit our factory and inspect production lines and QC process in person. We also support live video factory tour and production inspection via WhatsApp or video call.
