We offer two flexible MOQ options to fit different business stages. For digital printing (no plate cost), the minimum order starts from 1000 pieces per design. For high-precision gravure printing, which is ideal for bulk orders, the MOQ is 10000 pieces per design. We support both small trial orders and large-scale mass production for established brands.

The price of custom packaging depends on size, material structure, printing craft, quantity and additional accessories (zipper, valve, spout etc.). Larger order quantities come with lower unit prices due to economies of scale. For an accurate quotation, please share your specific requirements with Jason, and you will receive a detailed price list within 24 hours.

Plate fees only apply to gravure printing orders, as each color requires a separate printing cylinder. For digital printing orders, there is absolutely no plate cost, which makes it a cost-effective choice for small orders and multi-design projects. Our sales team will clearly state all costs in the formal quotation with no hidden fees.

Yes. For digital printing, you can combine multiple designs to reach the total MOQ of 1000 pieces, which is perfect for brands with multiple SKUs. Pure aluminum foil (AL) provides complete light, oxygen and moisture barrier, making it ideal for long-shelf-life products like coffee, nuts and pharmaceuticals. We prefer vector files in AI, PDF or EPS format for the best printing quality. If you only have PSD or PNG files, please ensure they are at least 300 DPI resolution. Our design team will check your artwork for free and provide professional suggestions before production to ensure the best printing result.

Yes, we offer a wide range of custom finishes including matte lamination, glossy lamination, spot UV, hot stamping (gold/silver), embossing and more. Yes, we strongly recommend ordering custom samples before mass production. Custom samples with your printed logo allow you to verify the material, size, printing effect and workmanship. Sample production takes 7-10 working days after artwork and payment confirmation.

Blank stock samples are free of charge, you only need to cover the shipping cost. For custom printed samples with your logo, we charge a sample fee which will be fully deducted from your bulk order payment. This ensures both sides are committed to the cooperation and covers our material and labor costs for sample production.

Standard production time is 15-25 working days after sample confirmation and deposit receipt. Digital printing orders have a faster turnaround of 7-12 working days. The exact lead time depends on order quantity, craft complexity and current production schedule. We will confirm the exact delivery date in your formal quotation.

We understand that sometimes you have tight deadlines. Rush production service is available for certain order types with an additional rush fee. Please inform Jason of your required delivery date at the beginning of inquiry, and we will check production feasibility and arrange the best possible schedule for you.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as our standard payment term: 50% deposit before production starts, and 50% balance payment before shipment. All transactions are processed in US dollars. For long-term cooperative clients, we can discuss more flexible payment terms on a case-by-case basis.

We offer EXW Tianjin as our standard trade term, and we can also support FOB, CIF and DDP terms upon request. We work with reliable freight forwarders and can arrange sea shipping, air shipping and express delivery according to your needs. You are also welcome to use your own designated forwarder.

We ship to countries and regions worldwide. Sea shipping typically takes 25-45 days depending on your destination port. Air shipping takes about 5-10 days, and express delivery takes 3-7 days. We will provide estimated shipping time and cost options in your quotation for you to choose from.

All finished pouches are neatly packed in standard export cartons with waterproof bags inside to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We can also provide palletization service according to your requirements. For custom packaging requirements, please inform us in advance.

We implement a strict 3-step quality control system: raw material inspection upon arrival, in-line inspection during production, and 100% final inspection before shipment. We check printing quality, sealing strength, size accuracy, leakage and appearance to ensure every batch meets your requirements. You are also welcome to arrange third-party inspection.

Our factory has standardized quality management system, and our materials comply with food contact safety regulations. We can provide relevant test reports and certificate documents upon request.
